WithIT today

WithIT Professional IT Services provides computer hardware and software support to retail, small and medium business markets. We service a diverse array of customers all across the Johannesburg region, some of them in a purely consultative role, but most of them in a hands-on maintenance role. Our customers include postal/printing/Internet cafes, insurance brokerages, civil engineering consulting firms, boxing/labelling/printing factories, architectural design firms, pharmaceutical suppliers and a large number of individual users.

We provide onsite, offsite and telephonic or remote support depending on the needs and circumstances of each client. Our small, but professional team operates with a personalised and hands-on approach, and prides itself in being a friendly and dependable ally in the face of day-to-day I.T. challenges. We believe this strengthens our relationships with customers as we tackle technology hiccups together.

Origins

The beginnings of our journey started in 2007 when business owner Neal de Klerk turned his solo consultancy into a multi-faceted, multi-talented agency able to advise, implement and support mainstream I.T. technologies needed by many small to medium businesses. The first step was acquiring a Computer Troubleshooters franchise in 2008 that laid the foundations for a structured approach to desktop and server support.

During this time, Neal teamed up with Jabulani Sithebe to strengthen the company’s portfolio of skills and services and when WithIT eventually incorporated Phambili IT Systems in 2010, it was ready to strike out on it’s own under it’s own brand and identity. In 2012 the company started trading as “WithIT” (as in “Get With It!”) and continues to grow and evolve today.

Rather than having a multitude of  products and services on offer, WithIT focuses on a few dependable and proven solutions. We offer these particular products and services because we know that they work well for our clients and provide real value for money.
